Amazing stay!

Checking in/out was easy. Location is perfect for Patong area and near attractions, rooms are big, bathroom has full amenities, beach bag and slides were provided, pool is amazing, restaurant for breakfast and dinner is delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a good tourism agency disk next to reception in which you can book any activity in Phuket. There is a spa inside the hotel which is amazing and luxurious, very excellent therapists and amazing vibes. I’d choose this hotel next time for sure!

Bed were not comfy for such a wonderful hotel. You can hear some noise from outside, which interrupted our sleep sometimes.

Fantastic Location, nice Hotel With all amenities you need. Nice pool area and beautiful Garden Restaurant With red balloon lightning. Free water, coffee and tea. Enough towels, For beach and pool. Fair prices

A very nice hotel with perfect location and enough amenities. I would definitely book again.

Patong beach is just across the street in front of the hotel so the location is perfect. The pool was nice although we didn't use it much since the beach is really near. The breakfasts were awesome, had nothing to complain about. The staff were friendly, nice and helpful - reception lobby, tour desk, people at the restaurant, housekeeping etc.

The only thing i disliked was that there were only 2 washing machines (with simple "rinsing" 30 min program) and 2 drying machines in the laundry room for which you also needed to pay 100 bahts per washing machine and 100 bahts per drying. And when there are people doing their laundry you need to wait for them to finish it. Also, there was a sewage smell in the bathroom, due to the pipes I guess.

very pleasant , great location comfi room

breakfast was good , lots of options, Thai, Western. Our room was a fabulous size ( very big) facing the main beach street, and we could smoke on the balcony. pool area is pleasant and patong beach is just over the road with plenty of sun lounges or chairs and umbrellas to rent around 100Bhat per chair, lots of action to watch on the beach and although you get lots of sellers coming by a simple pleasant "No thanks " and they left you alone.

although our room was large and comfortable on 2nd floor, the balcony view was obstructed by the roof of the cafe below and we had the smell of breakfast coming for there all day.

Amazing resort with excellent location!

The resort was in an amazing location, no car needed to reach the main part of patong! The breakfast exceeded our expectations, every food option you could think of! omlette station with amazing poached eggs! We were lucky enough to receive a free upgrade without having to ask! The room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable. The pool was very relaxing with a swim up bar.

The balcony view of our hotel room looked out onto a concrete wall.

The pool, and the location was good. The size of the room was great.

The fridge needed to be replaced twice before a decent was in and had to pay 100 baht for ice whilst the fridge was not working. Key card needed to be reprogrammed twice whilst there. Even though we had booked months in advance, we requested for our room to be next to our other group members but they couldn't do it all 4 rooms together, ar least they were able to put 2 x 2 rooms together.

Perfect location, the staff were helpful and the facilities were great.

Everything was great, one nitpicky thing was that we tried to get a late check out since our flight was at midnight, they said it wasn't possible since our room was already booked, but then we saw our room is available in the website and we had to extend it for another night, so basically they made us pay an extra night just to be able to leave after couple of hours.

Not bad for group of friends, but not couples!

The hotel is relevantly spacious, pool is very big, the staff is very helpful and fast, the hotel is one street-cross away from the beach and is located on one of the main roads of patong, but with that is still relevantly quiet

The hotel needs maintenance ASAP! It has a potential of being a really modern nice 5-star hotel, but when you’re there you can see how neglected the hotel is, corrosions of material in the construction of terraces/bridges/the flooring of the pool, broken down tiles, limestoned shower glass.. it gave a really dorty feel over all and that was a shame. Bed isn’t as comfy (hard), breakfast might be considered rich compared to all the other hotels in thailand, but still wasn’t very good since they served rice, chicken, pad thai and other dinner dishes for breakfast

10/10 hotel and location for a family of five (5)

The location was so central to everything, perfect for a family. The beach located across the road, hundreds of nearby restaurants easily accessible by walking or tuktuk. The restaurant linked to the hotel also had fantastic food and nightly live entertainment suitable for all ages.

Initially trying to book for a family of five (5) was difficult as booking.com was recommending two rooms which was incorrect. A Deluxe Family Suite is an interconnected room with a double bed, two single beds and a pull out sofa. The hotel also offered an additional single bed to be placed in the room for a small fee. This substantially reduced the booking cost by 50%.
